  Went here to look and buy a new bathroom, firstly the place looks like an abandoned tile shop, nobody about so then found out that you have to go upstairs to the showroom. When I asked about basin that sit on top of fitted units (don't know what Ihey are actually called) you would think I had asked for the lottery numbers, don't think she knew either, very frosty would never use or recommend no wonder it was deserted,and they complain because people use the internet now total waste of time...
